About the job

As an Allround Observing Dispatcher at B-Securité, you make an important contribution to the Basic-Fit sports clubs in Spain, France, Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands.

The essence of your work lies in 'observing and providing service' as well as assessing incoming and outgoing information from the Basic-Fit sports clubs. You work within the prescribed work instructions and independently deploy the necessary actions, including forwarding reports and monitoring the actions taken, assisting the police, fire brigade and ambulance deployment. You ensure that the follow-up takes place within the prescribed time. You register and document the reports and the related information. You also act as a mentor for the (Aspirant) Observing Dispatchers.

About B-Securité

At B-Securité you will work in a completely new international MARC (Monitoring & Alarm Receiving Center), modernly designed with the latest equipment. You work in varying shifts, with (international) colleagues in a young organization. In many cases you are the first to notice an incident, sometimes in situations where you have to act quickly and this means that a mix of thoroughness and crisis resistance is required. Safety, Security & Service activities come together within the MARC. This makes the work varied and dynamic. You are therefore an important part of the way in which customers (athletes) experience Basic Fit.

About B-Securité

At B-Securité you will work in a completely new international MARC (Monitoring & Alarm Receiving Center), modernly designed with the latest equipment. Profile Allround Observing Dispatcher

You have obtained a further education diploma. Preferably in relation to Security and/or receiving emergency and non-emergency calls.
You have experience within the security sector.
You have work experience in a call center, an emergency center or conducting business telephone calls.
You have a good command of the Dutch language. Speaking French, Spanish or German is an advantage.
Availability of at least 24 hours a week.
Day, evening, night and weekend shifts are no problem for you.
You have experience with Word, Outlook, CRM systems and you have good typing skills.
A Declaration on Behavior (VOG) shows that your behavior in the past does not constitute an objection to the performance of this position.
You are energetic, enthusiastic and communicative.
You are result-oriented and decisive.
You are a finisher, work structured and eager to deliver quality.

You are sporty.
You live in the Amsterdam / Hoofddorp area.

Our promise

You start with a one-year contract. If you perform well after two years, you will receive a permanent contract.
A starting salary of € 2.432,- to € 3.432,- , gross13 periods a year ! So payment per 4 weeks (152 hours), excluding irregularity and weekend allowances.
